    Hi Dev,

Please, be sure to enter into the attribute: “From email (for fixed from addresses)”, in the form’s settings, an email address belonging to your website domain.

The majority of the email services, compare the email address in the header of the emails, with the website that send it, and if they don’t match, the email can be classified as “Spam” or even worst, as a “phishing email”

Please, remember to type the email address where you want to receive the email into the attribute: “Destination emails (comma separated)”

By the way, if the payment gateway is enabled, and the attribute: “When should be sent the notification-confirmation emails?” is configured as “When paid: AFTER receiving the PayPal payment”, the notification emails are sent after receive the payment.

    Best regards.

    Hello Codepeople,

Thanks for your response! I already have a from email that belongs to my domain. And paypal is not enabled because the “Enable Paypal Payments?” checkbox is unchecked.

Note: I am using the free version of the plugin. Is that why its not working and the email notification and database entry will happen if I go to premium version?

    Please advise!

    Thanks,
    Dev

    Hi,

I’m sorry, those features are not included in the free version of the plugin, if you want send the notification emails and store the collected information through the plugin’s database, you should upgrade to the pro version of the plugin.

    Best regards.
