 * I am attempting to reinstall a wp site. the files were uploaded by FTP. should
the wp installation be under the Public_HTML directory with domain name do I
put wp-admin in the cgi-bin file? the installation is on the file tree but not
showing a log-in panel. is that because the wp files should be under the domain
name and in which directory? would this work? Thanks for any assistance.

 * Probably but check with your hosts.

 * No. Do not move any of the WordPress core files.
