Omit /parent(s) from page URL

I have a page within a parent with the permalink of: “www.website.com/about/about-us” however I need to omit the ‘/parent(s)’ from the URL so I have “www.website.com/about-us”.

At the same time, I still need the ‘about-us’ page to physically sit inside the ‘about’ parent.

No amount of fiddling around with the permalink structure or reading the Codex can answer my question.

Any ideas?
