Child theme – header image cropping

    hi,
    when I try to crop the header image I get no option to crop, i.e. as in cursors to move and the whole image is darkened as not selected.
    is this happening to everyone? Using Chrome on laptop.

    Hi,
    What child theme you use? Have you tried Firefox?

    hi thanks for the reply – using Custom omega child theme. not sued firefox. using a friend computer and not installed.

    Hi Resi, a new version of Custom theme has been uploaded with improvement, header size recommendation that will activate cropping tool. Please check the link above to download the latest version, or you can wait update notification in a couple days.

    i tried the upload but recieved this message:

    Destination folder already exists. /home/compassw6391/public_html/wp-content/themes/custom/

    could i have some advice on how to make it happen?

    You need to remove the custom theme, then upload a new one
