Older posts losing their images

    I have some older posts that no longer show their images. The images are still in their correct folders, but they have become detached from their posts.

    Example:
    http://www.hafnerdesigns.com/2008/12/whats-new/

    As I said, the images are still there in the uploads folder. I don’t know why this occurs or how it can be fixed. Would anyone know what can be done?
