Old Woo products are not deleted into the FB/IG Catalog

    Hi,
    i have a lot of old (variable) clothing products into the FB/IG Shop which are not present inside my woocommerce store. This products i deleted a few weeks/month before complete out of my Woo shop.
    How can the datafeed delete this items automatically insided the FB/IG Catalog?

    The only thing i can actually do is do “archive” this article inside the FB catalog manually….
    If you need some screenshots / settings please let me know!

    We have the exact same problem. Are you also not able to delete them manually in the business manager?

    No, I am able to delete each product inside the busines manager when I select the article and then go to “archive”.

    But I guess this will not be the solution… It have to go automatically.

    Hi @alkula,

    If these are items that were showing in WooCommerce, and deleted in WooCommerce but still showing inside the Business Manager on Facebook, it is possible that there was a cache item or old sync information that is/was still stored. Make sure you are not running a cache plugin like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache, and that there is not a server cache active which could be pushing out of date options.

    You can also do a fresh manual sync to force it to ‘re-look/see’ items so that it can see those items have been removed.

    If that fails, and the items are still on the Business Manager side and nowhere in WooCommerce at all, they will need to be manually removed from the Business Manager.
