 * The version of this plugin you get when you add the plugin in wordpress is not
   up to date and does not work, specifically the emails never have the name.
 * in callme-form/call-me.php you still have old code.

 * e.g changing to this fixes it:
 *  public function send_data(){
    $tel = $_REQUEST[‘callme’][‘telephone’]; $name
   = $_REQUEST[‘callme’][‘myname’]; $timefrom = $_REQUEST[‘callme’][‘time_from’];
   $timeto = $_REQUEST[‘callme’][‘time_to’];
