old user sessions not clearing

The user sessions under ‘User Management’ > ‘Current User Sessions’ are all a month old, and new user sessions do not appear. This has caused problems I think, because one user logs in from two different IPs regularly, and forgets to log out — so she ends up with too many user sessions and couldn’t log in. I turned off Locked to Location (IP) and set Max Simultaneous Sessions to 0, but the old sessions are still there. Any way to clear those out?
