Hello @alfonsofernandezyf,
The new plugin migrates rooms from the old plugin, but the new plugin displays rooms differently. Could you list the steps you took to look for rooms? It would help to attach screenshots if you are comfortable with that.
I updated the plugin, activated it because it didn’t activate itself, and went to Rooms > All rooms, but there where none.
I updated it on another site and cannot go to Rooms because a permision error.
It says I don’t have permission to view that page.
I rolled back to previous version but and all rooms are gone.

It could be that you lack the permissions to view all rooms. If you download a role editor plugin, and view the capabilities for your current role, what capabilities do you have that contains the text, bbb_room?
I’m the site admin, I checked the permissions and I should be able to see, create, edit, etc.
But I cannot go to Rooms in wp-admin it says permission error.
I looked for the room post in the database and found it, it shows the join button and the recordings for that room.
But wp-admin part is busted

To clarify, in order to have all permissions for public rooms in the admin panel, a user requires the following permissions:
edit_plugins
edit_bbb_rooms
edit_others_bbb_rooms
edit_published_bbb_rooms
publish_bbb_rooms
delete_bbb_rooms
delete_others_bbb_rooms
delete_published_bbb_rooms
manage_categories
manage_bbb_room_recordings
view_extended_bbb_room_recording_formats
If the issue continues to persist, could you deactivate the plugin and re-activate it?
I found out what happened, it seems it has a conflict with iThemes Security plugin.
After i disabled it It worked correctly.

Could you please tell what exactly you have disabled within iThemes Security? I´m having the exact same issue here and get this access error and also run iThemes Security on my WP 5.32 site.

Hi @klaustrophob1e, it looks like Disable File Editor in the WordPress tweaks section prevents users from editing rooms in the administrator dashboard.
For the time being, disabling that option will allow you to edit rooms until we fix the issue in the plugin.
