Old php files onto new site

I had an old website and had saved all the php files. I am fairly new to Wrodpress.

I created a new site with pages and a blog and now want to get some of the old pages onto the new site. I old have php files sitting in a folder on my computer and no xml files.

How do I get the old pages onto the new site?
