Old info appearing in shares

I’ve used AddToAny Share buttons on a site for a long time. Company changed its name and marketing message last year, and I migrated the site to a new URL and host and updated all info, including the social sharing information via the Yoast SEO plugin. When we click to share a page, for example on Facebook, the post is populated with information that was removed months ago, yet the correct URL shows at the bottom of the social post. Can you advise how I can correct this issue? I have already deactivated and reactivated the plugin and cleared the cache.
