Old Header shows (instead the new one) only in mobile

Good afternoon.
I am using the BAM theme and something happens to me when accessing from the mobile that I am unable to solve.
The header has a description (“reviews of books I read”) that is displayed perfectly regardless of the site you browse, as long as it is from a PC.
When I browse from my mobile, when accessing the specific entries (it doesn’t happen to me on the home page or in the feed), the header shows another description that it had before (“reviews of books that I read or have read”).

The good header (the one shown on the Home Page or the Feed) is this:

I’ve checked everywhere I could to see where there might be some trace of the old header and I can’t find it, so I don’t know where it’s taking it from when I browse from mobile.
As I mentioned, if I browse from the computer this does not happen in any case.

Could someone give me a clue where I can look?
