Old feeds are displayed in rss reader program

Hi, i was doing some testing the other day and posted a bunch of stuff that i deleted right after, now I use the iphone app “reeder” to see my rss feeds. When it syncs to my site the old deleted posts are still there. Is there another place to delete posts so that they arnt synced like that? Or maby its just the app that wont remove deleted posts.
