old content post published

hi
i have a website new software
When a new application was presented
In the first step into the post and I will post a draft and I’ll save it
I updated my previous post content and write new versions into it
and of course
and in “Custom Fields” delete all items
And I will publish post

Everything is going well
but
Oh, when I look at Facebook’s new status
Status title accurate

But it attached contents is old
What is the problem?
