Old Cached Pages Appear When First Going to Website

    Using the plugin with CDN, Browser, Object, and Page Caching on. When logged out of WordPress, if I access the website edsource.org/today I get a version of the website that is about two-weeks old. If I refresh a couple of times, it updates to current version.

    How can I have the most current version of the website loaded on first visit to the website? What is causing this issue?
