Hello @earl_d
Thank you for your feedback.
I hope you understand a freemium model does not provide all the necessary features in the free version. Otherwise no one would buy this 🙂
Yet, it could be a help for us, if you can write us the features you expect in the free version, so that we can think about it.
Also, regarding the paid features, a subscriber that paid for the features for one year, should enjoy them for the subscription period. If you get them for the lifetime, then there is no need for the lifetime license.
I hope you get it.
I wish you all the best for your next journey and hope to get back you in the near future.
Thank you once again for your feedback.

I get it I paid for the annual license several times but it makes no sense that I lose stuff I already paid for rather than just losing access to the updates. Unless there are not regular updates and improvements which seem to be the case with your plug-in. So it is unlikely given that and the documentation issue I would purchase a paid license again. As I said in review I tried other book plug-in and none of them work like that and others had better documentation support.
All the best
We are continuously updating our documentation page.
It would be a great help if you can write us which part is missing there.
You can contact us via our website contact page or email us directly from the plugin account menu.
