  • Well its free, but a little limited. Mobile and desktop reply app are nice. It works fine, but that ’20 seconds’ to setup is false. Between setup, apps setup, API keys (which have done nothing to send to Insightly) I’ve spent almost 2 hours! So that’s a BS statement.
    Pops up a new window instead of within wordpress admin page, and you need to keep signing in if you close or open any of the chat apps.
    Sent a message to support, and still havent heard back from the ’24/7′ support team.

    There are other chat plugins, I will probably try a few more as anything beyond the basics on this one will cost you $$, and I’m not confident its going to be worth it.

    Still giving it a try for a few days.
