 * how can i edit and modify the changes to my word press site offline. each time
   i have to make any changes i have to do it online.
    will it be same as editing
   online.?

 * If I’m reading your question correctly, “offline editing” as you describe it 
   simply is not possible. The site is online, right? … So you also must be “online”
   to view or modify.
 * There are some ways to compose and save content offline, but it will not be at
   all the same as editing online.
