Offset not working as described

    Offset parameter skips the first n number of posts. It offsets the initial loading. I can see in your code, offset is 0 and posts_per_page is 20.

    Yes now I have kept to 0.

    But my point is.. as described in the above link to the feature request. And also in the backend description of offset. It says it will query that number posts at the initial start page. But here it skips that many post. Why?

    How it is possible to achieve that?

    Hi,
    Sorry i’m not I understand the full issue.
    In the shortcode builder it says :

    Offset the initial WordPress query by ‘n’ number of posts

    This means, if you offset ALM it will start query ‘n’ number posts from the start.

    So if you have 20 total posts and offset ALM by 4, only 16 posts will remain.

    Does that make sense?

    Ok thanks.

    But can tell me how do I achieve to show 20 posts at start and then load more 2 posts when clicked?

    Load posts in a separate query then use ALM.
