    Hi,

I’m experiencing a problem similar to this thread:
    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bulk-upload-stuck/ 📋 Details:

    • AMO version: 3.3.4
    • Offload target: Cloudflare R2
    • Total number of files: 346,416
    • Upload stopped at: 50,678 files

    🧾 Description:

The module was working perfectly for a few hours and successfully offloaded over 50,000 files. Initially, the process seemed relatively fast (although that may have been subjective).

However, after reaching around 50,678 files, the offloading process appears to have stalled:

    • The number of offloaded files hasn’t changed since.
    • The manual offload interface with the progress bar is also stuck at that point and not advancing:
Offloading media files to cloud storage (16 of 50)
    32%
    Canceling the bulk offload process…

Currently, there’s no option to cancel the offload process — I couldn’t find any button or command that would allow me to stop or reset it.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far, with no success:

    • Disabling and re-enabling the plugin.
    • Deleting the related database row (matching “advmo”).
    • Reviewing the debug log — no relevant entries mentioning “advmo” or the offload process.

The process appears to be completely stuck, with no signs of a timeout — I’ve been waiting over 12 hours.

I’d really appreciate any suggestions or guidance on how to safely unstuck the process or manually reset it.

    Thanks in advance!

Update: Looks like offload to R2 works but really really slow like 20 files per 30 minutes.
But the progress bar for manual procedure is still stuck at 16/50 files.

    Hi @pawelandrzejewski89

Thanks for sharing the feedback with us. We will look into the issue. Could you please share you debug.log with us on hi@wpfitter.com? There is also a CSV report of the offloaded media files, sharing that file would be helpful also!

Regarding the cancel button, you can manually remove every option having advmo_ on the in wp_options table and it will unlock the cancel process and you will be able to start the process again.

    Hi @masoudin,

Following up on my previous message — due to the attached debug file, it’s possible the email was redirected to your spam folder. To avoid this issue, I’m resending the message with the debug file provided as a Google Drive link instead of an attachment.

Please let me know once you’ve had a chance to review it or if you need any further details.

    Best regards,
    Paweł Andrzejewski
