 * Hello
 * I’am totally new at wordpress.org, do i need to have a online hosting before 
   i can get started playning with wordpress? Isn’t it possible to have i locally
   installed at my computer at a startingpoint until a get the feeling with it, 
   and are ready to publish is?
 * If that’s not possible, do you know of a place where it can be hosted for free
   o i can upload it, and get started?

    If you want to get a 
   feel of WordPress then try [http://www.wordpress.com](http://www.wordpress.com)
   Here you dont need to install WP separately. Also, it has lot of features of 
   stand alone WP. and offcourse it is free.
