 * I have upgraded to the pro version but I can not change the chat to offline mode.
 * Can you help with this? I do not see where I can turn the chat off

 * you can change “online/offline” mode in settings window on plugin page in your
   WordPress OR in settings window in your admin area at [http://www.wp-chat.com](http://www.wp-chat.com)
   
   There is only one reason, if you don’t see the changed “online/offline” mode –
   cache of your web browser. Also, **we can’t identified you** as our user and 
   we haven’t any information about your account. If you still can’t find this setting,
   so please, write to our support using contact form in your account at wp-chat.
   com or write us using email support(@]wpadm.com
