 * I’ve been writing up a sequence for a new plug-in, just putting my ideas on paper.
   Well I won’t have the net for a week or so and therefore I’m looking for WordPress
   3 offline references for functions, template tags, and plug-ins. Anyone know 
   where it may be or even if they exist?
