    Hello Jose,

I put your Plugin on 7 pages yesterday and this morning I saw that the personalized-offline-page I created for each of them to put it in the setting page of your plugin is not showing up when I:
    – open the created app
    – turn off internet connection
    – then go to one of the pages or articles I did not visited yet on that device.

There is shown up only the normal “impossible to reach this page”

For http://www.fitin69giorni.it it works, so ….. I do not know what I made wrong.

    Thanks, Martina

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Martina,

Good day and thanks for using SuperPWA. We looked at your website and noticed that the PWA is working perfectly on both the websites over here. Could you please uninstall the PWA created earlier and clear the browsing data before test it again?

    Looking forward.

    Hello Jose,

I tried this now (hoping that I understand well what you asked me):

uninstalled the PWA on my phone
cleared the browser on my phone
    returned the http://www.aloenetwork.it
installed again “ad to home-screen” the PWA on my phone
    went OFFLINE.
tried to navigate to pages I did not have be on with the PWA:

the offline-page-created-for-the-plugin is NOT showing up, every link I click on while I’m OFFLINE: the PWA brings me back to “home” of http://www.aloenetwork.it

    Did I do something wrong?

Greetings and thanks for your time!, Martina

Just tried it again over my device and upon Offline its showing the content of this page.

Could you please let me know upon which browser and device you tested? So that I can share more pieces of information based on that.

Sorry Jose for using your time but I tried again and the offline-page-created-for-you-plugin does not show up.

    I did this now:

    – uninstalled the app from my phone.
    – cleaned CROME browser
    – returned to http://www.aloenetwork.it adding “ad to homescreen” on my phone (so the app-logo is visible on my home screen)
    – closed the browser, opend the PWA, looked on 4 pages of it
    – closed the PWA, CLOSED internet connection
    – returned on the PWA and the 4 pages I was on: showed perfectly offline.
    – than I tried to go on a page I wasn’t before: and there it comes: the normal “impossible to reach this page”, but the offline-Pwa-page is not showing up.

    Did I did something wrong?
    Thank you, greetings, Martina

    Hi again,

I tested over my friend’s device too and seems like all the features of PWA are working over it without any issues. I have done a screen record for you to know how PWA works over the Chrome for Android browser, please do have a look over it too.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

This youtube.com link is not working:

Sorry, I forget to change the visibility of video from private to public. Please check it again.

    Sorry Jose,

I do not know what I did wrong. I controlled now all PWAs I installed your Plugin:

    https://www.fitin69giorni.it
    https://www.team-one.it

are working fine, also the “offline-page”

    https://www.aloebenessere.it
    https://www.ilfuturosicuro.it
    https://www.aloenetwork.it
    https://www.aloeveraonline.it

Is working only online, when I go offline and try to click on a link I do not visit before while online: it sends me to the HOME page.

But I think we can stop worring: if it worked for you on 2 devices that means only that I did something wrong.

I really link your Plugin and thank you very much! 🙂
    Greetings from Italy, Martina

I looked over all the websites which you shared, and noticed that PWA is working perfectly over all the one’s.

As for PWA, all the links within the scope of domain will get cached for offline. If the URL is from a subdomain or out of the scope, upon those cases PWA won’t work.

    Hope it helps.
