offline grocery store theme

I wounder how can i build market place for offline grocery store.
I used woocommerce and wp vendor marketplace plugin but the problem is every store owner has to upload products as most of all my store products are same is there any plugin or theme in which I can make a parent store where upload products and the child (store owner) just select the product only in which they can build there offline store in just less then 2 hr
