 * Hi
 * I have bought your pro version of the plugin but it seems as if this is not recognised
   as there is no option to change the colour text when chat is offline. At the
   moment, the text is white so you cannot see it or read it very well.
 * I was also wondering if there was an option to set timings in this, for example,
   have the chat online 11-3 5 days a week and them turn offline by itself which
   will save me from logging on every day to do this?
 * Thanks,

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for the proposal to make such feature. We’ll implement this within next
   updates.
 * We will try to make it in a week.
 * Thank you for this suggestion.

 * Offline does not work with the pro version. No one is answering your support
   messages on your website.

 * Hello JASE,
 * **“Offline” functionality works.**
 * We had tested “Offline” functionality specially on your server and can give you
   feedback:
    1. In Chats plugin you can change the “online/offline/hidden” status;
   2. WordPress and all plugins on your WordPress website – can’t send any e-mails,
   cause `mail()` function is not available or deactivated on your PHP or on your
   server/hosting; That’s the reason, why the “offline messages” can’t be sent.
 * You can test it very simply by themself:
    try to recover password from your own
   user in installed WordPress – it will fail… 1. open <your-domain>/wp-login.php?
   action=lostpassword 2. type your email, that you use for user in your WordPress
   installation 3. the message will be showed:
 * > The email could not be sent.
   > Possible reason: your host may have disabled
   > the mail() function.

 * This part is still on work.
