  • Hi all!

I have a wordpress.com site and a patreon site that I would like to intergrate. I am trying to post a patron only blog post on my site. But the patron level field isn’t responding on any input.

WordPress.com support looked into it and said, “As per the plugins setting it says: `Post locking won’t work without Creator ID. Please confirm you have it here’, but the here link does not take you to any other page when clicked.”

I have a Creator ID, client ID and APIs all saved in wordpress…

    Hi there!

First, please note that you can get help for this at patreondevelopers.com.

Second, its likely that your access tokens have expired. Just revisiting Patreon where you created these access details and copying/pasting them to the plugin settings can solve your problem.

I want to ask support forum moderation whether our official policy of rendering official support for this plugin from Patreon’s own https://www.patreondevelopers.com forum is compliant with forum rules, but there doesnt seem any means to do that other than reporting the topic.

@codebard You are welcome to support your plugin wherever you are most comfortable.

These support forums are just a courtesy to you from us, not a requirement. 🙂
