Offering: extension for wp cf7 slider option

    Hi all,

    Instead of asking a question, I am here to contribute something to y’all.

    Noticed that the contact 7 range slider option doesn’t provide the number which could be necessary if you are asking for user input and showing text via another extension (conditional form ext.). Therefore, I found a great guy who build most of it (Daniel Drabik). His version provides the number only if used. Mine does anyhow and assumes we are talking about hours. You change this in function.php
