The plugin has the POT file in the folder ‘languages’. It contains all the strings you can translate. Open it in a Po editor to start translating.

Hi @jsmo, you can translate the plugin directly on Quick Featured Images project page in GlotPress.

Russian translation team has an introduction post for translators that might be helpful, feel free to ask any questions 🙂
