• Hello, I create a store based on WordPress Woocommerce.

I appeal asking whether you can help me in solving the problem of Woocommerce cart.
Now, after adding the product to cart and go to it (the basket) I can change the number of product units.
Below is the “Update basket” that does not work. Ie. when you hover the mouse on the “Update basket” is displayed in the area no longer the mouse like a badge ban visible in the link below:

The question to you is whether you can help me solve the problem and possibly at what price?

I would add that if I change the number of products ordered using the plus or minus button is then excluded from the ban and if you change the number of products by removing the old number and then inserting a new button zakutalizuj basket ‘works.

Please post the url to your site.

User clicks on the +/- buttons are not being recognised as changes, so the Update button stays disabled. This is happening due to the way your theme has been coded. The StoreVilla free demo on the AccessPress site works the same way. If you go to Dashboard > WooCommerce > System Status you will be able to see that your theme has template overrides. This means we are looking at AccessPress code, not WooCommerce code.

Conversely, the Woo Storefront theme does recognise the +/- buttons, and the update button is not disabled. Switch to Storefront to check.

Best to put in a support call to AccessPress. They may not know about this problem. It should be easy for their developers to correct the problem for a future theme update.
