Off Leash Films not coming up - Warning & Error Messages only! (10 posts)

My site http://offleashfilms.com is not coming up. All I am getting are "Warning" & "Error" messages. I have made no changes to the web site since it was last up.

    Is this a Jetpack thing?

What can I do to get my site back up and running? This is my business site.

    Thanks in advance!

Deactivate Jetpack and it will probably resolve itself. I would recommend completely uninstalling jetpack and then reinstalling the latest version, as it looks like a corrupt or missing Jetpack file.

Thanks, Evan. How do I access my account now?

Ah, youll have to FTP in and change the plugin folder name forcing a deactivation of all active plugins.

You'll then be able to login successfully.

When I try and go to the Admin page, I get the same warnings and errors. Is there another way for me to gain access to my own account?

Yes, you need to FTP into your server.

Follow the above directions to resolve the issue at hand.

Where's the plugin folder located? Just so I change the name on the correct one.

    Plugins folder is located in:
    /wp-content/plugins/

You can change the folder to /wp-content/plugins-temp/

try logging in. If that does work, go ahead and delete the Jetpack folder from the plugins folder. Change the folder back to /plugins/, re-log back in and re-download jetpack again.

It should resolve the issue your facing.

No problem at all. I know how frustrating not being able to log in to the admin can be.

Once it happened to me , I had a serious anxiety attack as I was just finishing up a client site.

Glad you were able to resolve it, instead of having to resort to a backup!

    Happy WordPress-ing!
