# Oembed 404 error

 * In every page or post on my site there are 404 errors produced for a “link rel
   alternate” line of code.
 * The code is
 * `<link rel="alternate" type="application/json+oembed" href="http://www.grahamjones.
   co.uk/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.grahamjones.co.uk%2F" />`
 * I cannot find what is producing that line of code. If I switch off all plugins
   it is still there.
 * If you try the embed url it leads to a 404 error because something is rewriting
   the slashes to code.
 * Any ideas?

 * On my site this is only on homepage, all others “alternate” links works fine.
