    I created a user account for testing on site [link below]. User account connected with VK and Facebook (the same e-mail in both social networks). Next, I created the authorization application in Odnoklassniki. After entering, your plugin reports that it could not find the email in the Odnoklassniki profile (although e-mail is the same as in VK \ FB).

    Thus, it was not possible to associate profiles with the same e-mail.

    Also, it doesn’t happen to link through a profile on the site https://psyholog.site/

    Please also take note of the message in the OneAll backend:

    To obtain the user’s email address, you first have to send an email to api-support@ok.ru and ask to obtain the GET_EMAIL permission for your Odnoklassniki app. Once this permission has been granted, the user’s email address will be returned by the OneAll API.

    This is nothing specific to OneAll or the plugin. It’s a requirement by Odnoklassniki.

    Yes. This is in fact no a problem. You just need to ask them once to get the permission.

    could you please post a ticket in your OneAll account? We will then analyse the data retrieve from Odnoklassniki and check why you do not receive that information.

    I have my test account with email on the site https://psyholog.site/ The same email is specified in the settings of my account in Odnoklassniki. And I can’t link my site’s account with Odnoklassniki account.
