Odd URL Errors In Google Search Console

Hi All. We were reviewing our data in Google Search Console and we noticed a couple of 404 errors reported that were unusual:
https://www.chefgorji.com/www.chefgorji.com/
https://www.chefgorji.com/no-access/The first may or may not be a ‘user’ error, where something was simply pasted wrong in a link. The second we’ve never seen before.
Any guesses on where these could be coming from, or caused by? Thanks in advance.
