Odd problem with new blog, wrong redirect

I’m not quite sure what could have happened:

I successfully created another blog. The second one I created now doesn’t seem to “link” to the rest of the site. Network wide plugins aren’t working for this blog, e.g. my seo plugin isn’t showing the network wide input data that shows for all other blogs. In addition, text doesn’t appear in the textarea in the admin for posting and pages – and I only see the buttons and WP editing toolbar in the “text” tab and not “visual” – which is very strange. When I use the dropdown to the site from the main admin menu (that lists all your sites), it sends me to the wrong blog as:

It’s only this blog and all the others work. I can’t find anything in the database that created this strange redirect, which I think is what is going on. Does anyone have some insight as what might be going on?

There sometimes is also a strange redirection to another URL for the admin, which I think may be taking place at times. I can’t find any reason for this in wordpress.
