When we answer more then one message to the customer, every ‘second’ chat gets lost, when no reply is recieved from the customer (web client). Let me try to explain: * When I type as a reply to a line from the customer, I type 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9 as reply to him, being every number a new chat line. The customer sees this: * 1 3 5 7 9 * When the customer replies after every line it works well. We tried several clients, but they all respond the same.
