Hello,
Try to follow the below steps and see it fixes the issue or not.
1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
2. Increase the memory limit to 256M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra check it works or not
4. Update wordpress, all the plugins, and theme to the latest version
5. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all – save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.
Try to add the features image again and check it works or not properly. Did you migrate your site from one host to another?

My PHp is 7 version.
memory is 256Mb
I tryed to do all steps, but doesnt work.
I have seen something very strange. In the blog page if I try do change for another screen dimensions the image appears ok:
– When I see the image, I click on the image and save (image1045x768)
– When I dont see the image, I think wordpress is trying to show the original image.
I have tested:
ok
cover_img_2-Cópia-1024×765.jpg
not ok (error)
cover_img_13.jpg
Thanks
Hello,
I’m seeing (URL Rewrite Module Error.)
error in the console. Have you added some URL rule in the htaccess or web congif file or activated any security plugin in your site?

Hi All.
I have created a post and download an image with 1920 x 1280 (in feature image).
I tryed do see the post and it was impossible to see the image.
error with original image
I back to the post editor and rescale the image to 1900 x 1260 (using the wordpress library), and after that everythig is ok.
Post ok with image rescale
I think then I tryinng to upload the original image (using wordpress, the usual way) there is a problem to show the image, but if I try to edit the image (using wordpress) is ok.
I need to figure out what´s the cause.
Thanks,
Try to switch theme to default wordpress theme like twenty seventeen and check it works or not? Or you have this issue only with the OceanWP?
