Ocean Extra not installing

    So i have installed Ocean WP and Elementor however Ocean Extra is not installing and this error message pops-up:

    An error occurred while installing Ocean Extra: The plugin generated unexpected output.     AS WELL AS THIS WARNING:
    Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /hermes/walnaweb13a/b2947/moo.natfootimagescom/itsanedwp/wp-admin/includes/class-bulk-upgrader-skin.php on line 153

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    Can you try to install the plugin manually by downloading it from the wordpress plugin repository?
    After downloading the zip file of the plugin, go to Dashboard > Plugin > Add New – install a plugin.

    I ended up contacting the hosting company and having them check the backend. They solved the problem. Thank you so much for your reply!!

    I get this message when I try to install ocean extra

    Hello,

    Try to delete the ocean extra plugin from the wp-content > plugin folder by login to the cpanel > file manager. After that install the plugin again. It will work.

    wp-content is empty Amit, the reason is sowhere else 🙁
