    Hi there,

    I have this issue that I cannot fix. Since I update Elementor and Ocean Extra plugin, my website doesn’t work anymore and I cannot edit anything with Elementor. It’s just a blank page. http://www.sonialisolivagant.com
    These are the steps I did:
    -Increase my wp memory limit in wp-config file and php.ini file to 256.
    -Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
    -Did a rollback to the previous Elementor version
    -Delete Ocean extra plugin. My website was working, but I need it to do a custom header and other stuff.
    -Go to Settings > Permalinks, Change the permalink setting and save, Change the setting back to your original permalink setting and save again

    Anyone ?

    Thank you a lot.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    @apprimit http://www.onexoneinteriors.com.au
    it is only my ABOUT page that is being affected

    I just checked the about page but didn’t see any issue.

    @apprimit the page is physically working, however, I am unable to access and edit it via elementor.

    (@apprimit)

    That’s odd. Have you disabled other plugins one by one to check for a possible conflict?

    (@christineonexoneinteriors)

    @apprimit yes, problem still occurs. I’ve contacted both wordpress and elementor about it and they advised its an Ocean theme problem

    That’s very odd. Unfortunately, our support is limited here and we can’t ask for further information. If you are a pro user or have a support package, then please open a support ticket on oceanwp.org so that we can investigate the issue more. Hope you understand it.

    Hello
    I faced same problem today,
    when I switched to other Themes, My site that made by elementor work properly https://ietude.com
    but when I activate OceanWP, it faced error
    in 5.6 version of PHP error says <Fatal error: Call to a member function get_css_wrapper_selector() on boolean in /home/ietudeco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/settings/page/model.php on line 104
    The site is experiencing technical difficulties.>
    and when I upgrade version of PHP tp 7.3 it says only </The site is experiencing technical difficulties.>

    (@apprimit)

    @araz313 update PHP to the version PHP7 and update all the plugins and theme to the latest version. If it still doesn’t work, then disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    Can you please tell me the steps to replicate this issue on my end so that I can check it?

    I had a similar issue where a single page couldn’t be edited. It turned out this error would occur if that page was set as the WordPress posts page (under Settings -> Reading). Unsetting it as the posts page allowed it to be edited with Elementor.

    @robertglickman you can’t edit a blog or archive page using Elementor. To design your custom post template, you need to use the Elementor theme builder.

    Same bug here.

    Here is a quick & dirty patch.
    in file ocean-extra/includes/metabox/butterbean/class-butterbean.php, line 803:

    <script type="text/javascript">
    	if (typeof butterbean !== 'undefined') {
    		(function (api) {
    			if (_.isObject(api) && _.isFunction(api.render)) {
    				api.render();
    			}
    		}(butterbean));
    	}
    </script>

    Hello, I have the most recent version of WordPress, elementor, and the Ocean theme and am having the same issue. If anyone could help. I have tried all the suggestions that elementor gives but none worked and I am stuck.

    Thanks
