    Warning: file_get_contents() [function.file-get-contents]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in /wp-content/plugins/ix-show-latest-youtube/plugin/Ix_ShowLatestYt.php on line 121

    My guess is that occasionally the plugin can’t make contact to Youtube.

    A possible solution might be to allow for a default video to be displayed and then do a try catch. Where the catch would display the default video.

    Hi, Patrick! This may be a problem with file_get_contents() on your web host. The upcoming version 2.3 switches to the WordPress-recommend method that has compatible fallbacks.

    After 2.3 is updated and released, please let us know whether it fixes the problem.

    Well my client that has the plugin installed hasn’t mentioned seeing it any more.
