 * During the upgrade from WP 3.7 to 3.7.1, the database upgrade page /wp-admin/
   upgrade.php shows a Notice about using an undefined constant.
 * I haven’t seen this before and I don’t think it’s going to affect me negatively,
   but thought you should be aware.
 * I am not running the latest version of W3TC yet, so this may be something that
   has been addressed. I can try to provide a proper test case if needed.
