 * Am I right in concluding that WP-Optimize doesn’t do object caching, like utilising
   Memcache?
 * If it doesn’t, why?

 * Thanks for contacting us! You are absolutely correct, WP-Optimize does not currently
   do object caching integrated with a solution like Redis or Memcached. We handle
   Page caching and Static File Caching but not Object Caching for the time being.
 * This might be something we look to include in the future but for the time being
   we do not integrate with object caching systems.
