Obfuscation NOW Working and Support is GREAT!

AMENDED: So far, now great! Seems that my original support ticket didn’t get logged (user error?). But when I bubbled up my issues in a review, support was QUICK to respond and kept at it until a solution was found, which didn’t take long. Now I’m on the verge of being a raving fan. I’m not quite ready to give 5 stars, since it’s still pretty new to us but will assess as we use the tool. Many thanks to Ibrahim!

ORIGINAL: We have had Mailoptin installed for a week now (paid plan), and it is not blurring (obfuscating) content beneath the form. We have logged a support ticket (a week ago), and have not received ANY response. Disappointed since this seemed exactly what we wanted for our gated content.
