    Everything has been working fine for months but over the last few weeks I am seeing more and more emails failing either with error ‘ has timed out’ or ‘ 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [FRYP281CA0008.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]’

    Subsequent emails / resends work fine. Its sporadic

    Settings are:

    MailerType: PostSMTP
    Port: 587
    Security: STARTTLS
    Authentication: Login

    Any ideas why this is happening? I am missing orders because of it.

    Create spf record:

    v=spf1 ip4:YOUR_HOSTING_IP_HERE -all

    I did this last night (cloudflare) and this morning I saw another timeout

    Do you know if MS check spf record every time, or maybe they are using cached record for a while?
