O365 Issues – Random fails.

Everything has been working fine for months but over the last few weeks I am seeing more and more emails failing either with error ‘smtp.office365.com has timed out’ or ‘ 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [FRYP281CA0008.DEUP281.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]’
Subsequent emails / resends work fine. Its sporadic
Settings are:
MailerType: PostSMTP
Server: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Security: STARTTLS
Authentication: LoginAny ideas why this is happening? I am missing orders because of it.
