# numberposts isn't working

 * When using this code:
    [catlist id=49 orderby=title order=asc numberposts=-1 ]
   at this domain: [http://eatwellenjoylife.com/main-dishes/](http://eatwellenjoylife.com/main-dishes/)
 * I can’t seem to get all of the posts in the category to display. There are 49
   posts in this category, but only 10 show. I tried changing the settings in the
   reading section of the dashboard. I even set it to 100, but only 10 show up.
 * I have a feeling it’s because of the pagination in the template, but I’m not 
   sure.
 * any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * I’m having the same issue, except its stuck at five. I have used this plug-ins
   on other sites with no problem so I know its not my theme. Any help to resolve
   this would be great.

 * **amyboyack** I can’t reproduce this issue. Have you tried with the default template?
   By default it would display 5, but if it’s displaying 10, then it is getting 
   more than the default so the “-1” parameter is being read by the plugin.
 * It could be something with the theme as you said, please, check that. The theme
   might be adding a filter to the `get_posts` function which this plugin uses to
   get the posts.
