Rolling back to 2.0.32 brought the numbers back.

Nope, doesn’t work. I updated again to 2.0.33.1 and flushed browser and servers caches, a few times. Only when I roll back to 2.0.32 do the numbers re-appear.

We (the end users) shouldn’t have to perform any workarounds, unless they explicitly say that, and even then, they should code the plugin to do that for us, if that’s what’s required to keep it working properly. We use plugins to save us time, not to create more work for us.
As it is right now, my site works fine on 2.0.32, so why should I update? because when I do it breaks my site and subsequently requires an extra few steps on my part? What was wrong with 2.0.32?
We fixed the issue in our latest update 2.0.33.2. Can you please check once by updating the TOC plugin to the latest version and let us know back if you face any issue or not?

We appreciate your comment on our previous update 2.0.33 & 2.0.33.1, but we were going to basic counting feature to advance counting feature for various languages counting with heading text direction (LTR/RTL) for this Easy Table of Contents plugin, there was some issues but now we have removed those bugs. Please check now latest update is there 2.0.33.2, if any issue will be faced by your end, then please let us know. We are trying to give the best product, hope there will be no issue now.
