# Numbered Custom Posts

 * Hi,
 * I’ve created a custom post type called “Prints” and have used previous_ and next_post_link
   to allow navigation that way.
 * I would like to display the number of the custom post type (i.e. 1 being the 
   latest) and the total number of custom post type entries. I.e. Print 1 of 53.
 * Is there a simple way to display this information?
 * I’ll maybe be re-ordering the posts and would like the numbers to adapt to this
   new order and obvious the total number to automatically update as new posts are
   added.
