As you can see in my settings, I’ve got the requested slides set to 4 but they are all showing and repeating across the page… This happened after updating the plugin and WordPress…

    Any ideas?

Try ticking the ‘DOMContentLoaded event‘ checkbox, under ‘Other Settings‘, in the right-hand sidebar.

As a test, try disabling your cache plugin. Or clearing it.

Another possibility is if you have another slider/carousel plugin installed also built using Owl Carousel and it’s clashing with my plugin.

I have the same problem. My slider looks great in the preview. I have six slides. The timing is right on, the navigation works fine, it drags fine. If I change the number of slides to display, that works fine too. I’m in love with the plugin and my work when I look at the preview.

I capture the shortcode, insert it into the PageBuilder editor on the page I want to display the slides. I get a static set of 5 slides. No navigation. No link icon. No ability to drag.

I tried DOMContentLoaded event and the link icon appeared. Nothing else. I have a “dynamic” cache that autoclears but I went in and manually cleared it anyway and that didn’t change anything. I disabled the cache plugin, that didn’t do anything. I’m at a loss and ready to give up. Got any tips that will save my honeymoon and lead to a long marriage?

I’m running WP 5.0.3, SiteOrigin Page Builder 2.10.0, and theme GeneratePress 2.2.2

P.S. I was using the demo slider, so I tried creating a new one. I made 3 slides. Everything is the same except that only 1 static slide displays.

Do you have any JavaScript errors on the page?

We actually fixed it several weeks ago by updating a bunch of plugins… thank you!

Do you perhaps recall what was the plugin that was causing the clash?
