Number of Reviews displyed in the front end

    I have been using this great plugin. I have noticed that the front floating badge with the Yellow Star, shows 11 reviews, whereas the back end count of approved reviews is 12. So not sure why this is not getting refreshed in the front end on the badge even though cache is off)

    Gratuitous link removed and placed in link field

    The Review number on the badge will not automatically update (keeping in mind that all the cache is off) until I login and go and click the Reviews Badge in the settings. Then the number will update but it does not do so after the review is approved. Thanks for helping me out. Regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    There is a small cache in our plugin source code when you use the No Verification option in Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder > Verified Reviews.

    Currently, if you want to clear the cache, please go to Reviews > Settings > Trust Badges tab and just click on Save changes.
