Number of files keep on increasing on server

    Hi,

    One of my client have few websites hosting on Godaddy cpanel. The problem he is facing is that number of files keep on increasing and after every few days number of files exceeds the available space on server.

    I am unable to find why these files keep on increasing. Any suggests on how to find the problem and fix it ?

    What are the files? (Look for hidden directories.)

    My assumption is that the site has been hacked, but other things could be happening.
